Questions about Pick & Drop in Plano
How does Pick & Drop work in Plano?
You choose a restaurant, place and pay for the order on that restaurant's own online ordering page, choosing pickup, and then tell Food KAB where to collect it. A Food KAB driver picks the order up and brings it to your address in Plano, Richardson, Allen, Murphy, Wylie, Sachse and Parker. Every place listed here takes payment online — we do not list anywhere that would ask you to read a card number down the phone.
Are these Plano restaurants Food KAB partners?
No. The 3 places listed here are independent businesses with no partnership with, or endorsement of, Food KAB. We are not affiliated with them. Food KAB simply collects an order you have already placed and paid for, and delivers it to you.
Does Food KAB mark up the menu prices?
No. You pay the restaurant directly at their own prices, so there is no menu markup on a Pick & Drop order. Food KAB charges only for the courier service: a $2.00 while our launch promotion runs (normally $4.50) service fee plus distance-based driver pay.
What does Pick & Drop cost in Plano?

Can I get delivery from a restaurant that does not deliver?
That is the point of the service. Every place listed here is one you order from directly, and Food KAB provides the delivery leg. Some restaurants take their online orders through a third-party platform; that is fine, you order there as usual and choose pickup, and a Food KAB driver collects it.
What can Food KAB not pick up?
No alcohol, no medications or drugs, and no rides for people. Those apply to every Pick & Drop order regardless of the restaurant.
What if the restaurant gets my order wrong?
You placed and paid for that order with the restaurant, so a missing or incorrect item is between you and them, exactly as it would be if you collected it yourself. If the delivery itself goes wrong, contact Food KAB on (214) 984-3346 and we will put it right.
Do I need the app to order?
No. Pick & Drop runs in any browser at kabstudio.io/pnd. It can also be installed to a phone home screen if you would rather have it as an app.
